President John Mills has assured the international community that Ghana will not allow any group of persons who have wicked intentions to to use the country as a base to cause mayhem in Cote d'Ivoire .
There are rumours that elements in La Cote d'Ivoire are accusing President Mills of shielding pro-Gbagbo dissindents and war criminals, who are aiming to over throw the new Quattara government.
